Hi! My name is Margarita and I am a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine specializing in reproductive and sexual health, including fertility and IVF, pregnancy, hormonal balance, cycle regulation, and gender-affirming care.

I received my Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine in 2019, and then became a full-time acupuncturist at Tia — a women’s health* startup bridging OBGYN, primary care, acupuncture, and mental health. Here, I managed a caseload of 40-60 clients per week, treating complex cases in gynecology, endocrinology, psychology, and dermatology.

I founded Sanu Acupuncture in 2022 as a safe haven for all people struggling with hormonal well-being to be validated, heard, and offered tangible solutions for healing. I offer gender-inclusive reproductive and sexual healthcare including fertility and conception support for all sexes, hormonal and endocrine balance, uterine and pelvic health, cycle regulation for people who menstruate, and perinatal care (including prenatal, pregnancy, and postpartum).
